Description

the shallow rounded sides supported on a slightly tapered foot, the exterior sparsely moulded with three slightly raised fruit sprays including peach, pomegranate and persimmon, enhanced with short pale-green stems, the interior left undecorated, the countersunk base centred with a underglaze-blue roundel of a crane grasping a sprig of peaches and flying amidst scrolling clouds

Condition

The base has a short firing crack of about 0.2 cm. Apart from some minor surface scratches, the overall condition is very good.
