Volume 2 only, folio (19 1/2 x 12 3/4 in; 505 x 325 mm).  Half-title bound following title. 58 fine hand-colored engraved plates including one folding, after Jacques Barraband, printed in colors by Langlois or Rousset and then finished in colors by hand, one plate mis-numbered; short marginal closed tear to folding plate, many tissue guards spotted, some intermittent light marginal spotting to a few plates, many plates trimmed rather closely at fore-margin with some intrusion to imprints and very occasionally edge of image. Contemporary quarter green straight-grain morocco, gilt, and red boards, upper cover titled in gilt; edges worn, joints and spine ends rubbed, morocco exposing to boards at corners, some light scuffing, more so to lower covers.
