Condition
The sculpture is in very good condition. It displays a dark brown/ black patina with some golden undertones. Two tiny nicks in the bronze were noted on the chin. A small 1/4" faint irregularity in the metal was found on each check. These marks are most likely from the casting process and are an inherent feature of the cast. Two very small gold dots appear on top of the head where the patina has been rubbed. A fresh wax coating protects the bronze sculpture. The sculpture is structurally sound with no significant scratches or abrasions evident on the surface.
