Condition

Original canvas. Apart from a few scattered strokes of retouching visible under UV light, notably along the extreme right edge in the sky, a minor 7 by 3cm area above the signature, a stroke in the soldier's back, and a few scattered spots in the sky, overall this work is in good condition, clean, fresh and ready to hang.
