Condition

This work is in very good condition overall. In two parts. The top part with loose surface dirt. There are traces of white paint in places along the top most edge of the upper part, and there are minor traces of paint elsewhere on this element. The wood has shifted where it is joined together since the original installation. The variation in color and surface texture is the artist's intention. The artist's studio has inspected this work and has verified that none of the above listed issues affects the legitimacy of the piece. Color reference for the paint used by the artist will be available to the purchaser. Installation instructions will come from the artist's studio and a certificate of authenticity will be issued once the installation is completed and approved by the artist.
