Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate although the overall tonality is slightly richer and deeper in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. The sheet is taped round all four edges to a window mount. Some light time staining has occurred throughout the sheet and there is some evidence of minor mount staining along the lower edge and to the lower part of the left extreme edge. On very close examination there are four tiny matrices of fine craquelure to the figure’s head and left arm.
