Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is warmer, with the background tending ore towards a slate grey in the original. Condition: Examined behind glass, this work is in very good condition. There is light wear to the top two corners. Upon close inspection, there are a few light and unobtrusive rub marks scattered in a few places throughout the canvas. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultra-violet light.
