en ébène de Macassar, le plateau en verre peint noir enchâssé dans un cadre en palissandre souligné d'un jonc, reposant sur un double piètement légèrement trapézoîdal aux angles arrondis gainé sur sa tranche intérieure de parchemin et agrémenté d'une tablette en opaline ovale dans la partie inférieure ; base rectangulaire aux angles arrondis terminée par des petits sabots de forme galbée en bronze
Condition
Bon état général.
La dalle de verre peinte a été remplacée à l'identique. Décoloration du vernis sur un côté du piétement. Usures et salissures et petites déchirures au parchemin sur les tranches arrondies inférieures du piétement, d'usage. Quelques tâches éparses sur le placage du piétement. Restauration ancienne et saut au placage sur environ 7 x 4 cm sur un des petits côtés du piétement entre les deux pieds. Quelques traces d'oxydation aux sabots de laiton.
Good overall condition.
The painted glass top has been identically replaced to the original one. Discoloration of the varnish on one side of the central foot. Wear tracesof dirt and a few tiny scratches to the vellum on the edges of the round lower part. commensurate with age and use. A few spreaded traces of dirt to the veneer. Old restoration to the veneer on approximatively 7 x 4 cm and lack on the small side. A few traces of oxidizing to the brass feet ends.
