A WHITE JADE BOX AND COVER LATE MING / EARLY QING DYNASTY

of rectangular shape with four lobed corners, the slightly rounded cover finely carved with archaistic geometric pattern in low relief, fitted to the shallow base of conforming shape rising from a short splayed foot to a flat rim,  the stone of even white tone

There is a polished chip to the second interior rim of the cover to one corner. There is also several flaws to the cover. Condition overall is pretty good.
