Description

of rectangular form, one side finely painted with several fishermen in their boats, all in a landscape with a mansion and mountains by the sea, encircled by a gilt-decorated key-fret border with stylised dragons on a coral-red ground, the reverse similarly decorated with an orchid tree with pink flowers and green pods, above aster buds and blossoms, the lower left corner painted with the seals jiali ('Excellence and Beauty') and xianchun ('Early Spring'), fitted wood stand

Condition

Most of the enamels are well preserved. Apart from some minor surface scratches and glaze crackles, the overall condition is very good.
