Description

  • Gold, silver and gilt-copper
  • 6 7/8 x 5 7/8 inches
Each anklet composed of two sections, originally fastened by pins, the form of an oval upturned at either end and cast with four raised flanges fringed with spherical motifs, with further spherical motifs around the exterior of the anklet

Condition

Both anklets intact with detachable addition. One is in good condition with slight weathering, and the other, as a consequence of stronger weathering, is discoloured with more abrasion and rust, as viewed.
