Arabic manuscript on paper, 394 leaves plus a flyleaf, 15 lines to the page, written in Naskh script in black ink, verses separated by gold florets pointed in red and blue, surah headings left blank within gold bordered panels, polychrome marginal devices, opening double-page illuminated frontispiece comprising a dense gold ground embellished with interlacing flowers, punched with cintimani motifs, red morocco binding with gilt trellis design and ropework borders, with flap
Condition
In reasonably good overall condition, some small stains, a few minor paper repairs, some pages loose within the manuscript, binding worn, as viewed.
