Description

  • Gem-set, jade and metal
with tapering steel blade with flat back edge, the jade hilt with applied silver openwork mounts designed as symmetrical scrolls decorated with faceted gem-set flower-heads, pommel set with a cabochon garnet

Condition

Overall in fairly good condition, part of the garnet on the pommel broken, a few coloured stones missing on the flowerheads, few flowerheads missing, as viewed.
