Zoomorphic powder flasks that feature the full form of a single animal are rare, the more common form being that of composite animals, perhaps in the course of a chase. A further single-animal flask was exhibited in the Treasures of Islam exhibition at the Musee d'Art et d'Histoire, Geneva, in 1985 (see Geneva 1985, p.313).
