Condition
Generally 3-4mm pile overall. Some areas of lower pile with knot bars just visible and some tension lines. Minor localised fold wear in right hand quarter of field and top left upper border. Some small brown dirt spots top left corner. Small shaped area of repair between two star motifs, with flat weave rather than pile repair, in complimentary colours (angled - approx. 5cm. x 4.5cm) top left hand corner by flat weave. Some repair to tips of corners. Woven guard along top edge turned under approx. 2.5cm - 3cm, with minor vestiges of previous fringe present. Lower edge with 2.5cm. fringe. Some losses to visible fringe. Missing part of side borders. Losses to left hand greater than on the right. New side cords. Some losses to lower star gul border. Upper border approximately 3cm x 3cm. area with weakened wefts and small old moth damage to piece. Knot count 13V - 16H.
