the brown glass body of baluster form with a broad globular body supported on a narrow base with splayed foot, the slender cylindrical neck with ring moulding, decorated in blue, red, cream and green enamels and gilding with three monumental cusped cartouches containing paired birds reserved in blue, alternating with three trefoil blazons, surrounded by an arabesque of floral sprays supporting birds, the neck and base with further blazons and registers of scrolling vine, signed around the top of the base

Condition

In good overall condition, no abrasions or chips to glass, some slight wear of gold. Signature 'Brocard' at the base of the body, as viewed.
