Condition
The Yixing snuff-bottle in good overall condition, the actual color is slightly darker, the slip decoration less yellow, more brown than on the catalogue illustration. The famille rose snuff bottle has two tiny restored chips and a minute chip to the footrim, a burst air bubble at one angle toward the bottom and small openings in the glaze between the foot and the body, expected rubbing to the gilding and to the enamels, the actual color is more cream white than the illustration would suggest in the catalogue.
