Condition

Executed on beige wove paper, not laid down. This work is in overall good stable condition. The sheet is fixed to the mount at the upper corners and the lower edge is slightly irregular. The sheet was once folded and there are associated flattened creases and restored tears visible along the axes. A close inspection reveals a 3cm vertical scratch to the surface towards the centre of the lower edge and two small water stains, one towards the centre of the upper edge and one in the lower right quadrant. The sheet shows some light general time-staining, mostly in the lower left quadrant.
