Madame Chevallier était responsable de la Maison G. Chevallier et Cie, éditeur de Meubles en rotin. Louis Sognot travaillera avec cette Maison, notamment pour la réalisation de l'intérieur de l'appartement de Mr Chevalier.
Madame Chevallier was manager of the Maison G. Chevallier & Co., producer of rattan furniture. Louis Sognot worked with them and executed the interior decoration for the apartment of Mr. Chevallier
