Condition
The colours are fairly accurate in the catalogue illustration although the overall tonality is lighter in the original.
The work is executed on canvas and it is not relined.
Some thin stabilized cracks are visible overall under close inspection.
A minor loss of paint (less than 0,3 cm) located 11 cm from the upper edge and 38 cm from the left edge is only visible under very close inspection.
Under UV light, in the upper right corner, a very few minor dots fluoresce, due to an old restauration.
Under UV light, a tiny dot (less than 0,4 cm) located 11 cm from the upper edge and 32,5 cm from the left edge fluoresces due to a careful restauration.
Under UV light, two minor dots (less than 0,8 cm each) located 18 cm from the extremity of the lower left corner fluoresce.
Under UV light, a small area located 16 cm from the extremity of the lower left corner fluoresces, due to a careful stabilization of the cracks.
This work is in overall good condition.
