This work is in very good condition. Irregularities of the patina and of the acer along the ribs are all due to the artist's working process.

"Ma nature toujours insatisfaite m'incitait à questionner dans quelle direction je pouvais  encore orienter mon travail. J'ai alors pensé que si ce que je venais de produire pouvait être compris comme une investigation sur le thème de la ligne, une autre variation paraissait aussi possible: une ligne libérée des contraintes de la géométrie que je décidais d'appeler "Ligne indéterminée"..."
