Condition

The colours are fairly accurate in the catalogue illustration, although the overall tonality is lighter in the original. This work is in overall good condition although it is not in its original condition: There is a slight discolouration to the paper collage. There is a tiny crack to the yellow impasto area in the lower left corner, only visible under close inspection. There are some dots of foxing scattered throughout the paper (visible on the catalogue illustration). There are some local careful repaintings only visible under close inspection : - along the upper edge (from 1mm to 2,5cm for diameter) - along the right edge (5mm x 2cm) - along the lower edge (5mm x 4,5cm).
