Description

possibly of King Edward III and his son the Black Prince after the battle of Crécy, depicting two knights in fleur-de-lys armour, black marble dial with gilt metal numerals signed Abercrombie La Haye (retailer), steel feather suspension movement; inv. no. KP 2732

Condition

Good condition, stained, gilding with some rubbing and/or oxidation, point of sword broken, numeral VI loose, movement possibly associated, pendulum lacking, bronze work of good quality.
