Description
painted in puce camaieu with elegant figures in arcadian landscapes, gilt scrollwork borders and gilt line rims, comprising: a coffee pot and cover, 22 cm. high; a teapot and cover, handle repaired; a hot milk jug and cover, spout repaired; a sugar bowl and cover; a teacaddy and cover, cover repaired; a slop bowl; a square dish with canted corners, the border with Holzschnitt Blumen and insects; ten tea bowls and twelve saucers; blue crossed swords marks, gilt 64 (34)

Condition
Minor usual rubbing to the gilding, mainly to the inner upper rims of the tea bowls.
The handle of the teapot broken and repaired with discoloured overpainting and related scratches. The cover of the teapot with a minute chip to the extremity of the finial and some fritting to the inner rim.
The milk jug with a broken fragment (comprising the spout and part of the upper border), with old repair and related wear to the gilding. The foot rim with a shallow chip (ca. 0.5 cm. wide).
The cover of the sugar bowl with some minute chips to the extremities of the applied flowers.
The cover of the tea caddy broken in fragments with an old repair and related chips.
One saucer with a tiny chip (ca. 0.2 cm. wide) to the outside of the upper rim; one with a small chip (ca. 0.4 cm. wide) to the outside of the upper rim; one with two shallow rim chips (ca. 0.3 cm. wide) to the outside of the upper rim.
