Condition

The overall impression of this extensive dinner service is good. There are some variations in the colours of blue. The extra cover of the oval tureen with a restuck border fragments and rim chips. The circular tureen with some cracks and rim chips, one cover chipped. The pair of low circular tureens with rim chips and the raised foot rim lacking, four covers chipped and one a restuck break. Two sauce tureens with cracks, one cover with restuck finial. Two sauce boats with rim chips. The oval bottle cooler with some staining and rim chips. Of the smaller pair one with a small border crack and one with a restuck foot. Three large deep bowls with cracks or chips and some staining. Of the 13 pedestal bowls three with a crack, one with rim chips and one with a restuck foot. Of the 15 octagonal pedestal dishes one with a rim chip. Circa four extra creampot covers and four egg cups chipped. Circa eight coffee cups with chips and cracks. Of the 17 oval dishes: five (44/44.5 and one 38.5 cm. wide) with cracks, one with stained hairline cracks; two (30 and 35 cm. wide) chipped. One oval side dish chipped, two with cracks, one with two restuck border fragments. One circular dish (30.4 cm. diam.) and one footed circular dish with cracks. Circa two soup plates, ten dinner plates and five dessert plates chipped. Circa two dinner plates and one dessert plate with cracks. A few plates have a sticker inscribed: 't Loo.
