depicting a romantic couple,  the silk suspension movement marked FC; together with a French Napoleon III  bronze and black marble mantel clock case with a seated philosopher, circa 1860; and a further black marble and spelter clock case; inv. nos. 4-2312, KP 2746 and KP 2744 (3)

Condition

The Louis Philippe clock in fair condition, stained, hands lacking, dial cracked and chipped, glass of back door broken; the philosopher clock in rather poor condition, stained, gilding rubbed and/or oxidated, lacking 3 feet and parts of the marble plinth; the other clock case in fair condition, lacking one foot.
