  • Heights 2 3/8 and 6 1/2 in. 6 and 16.5 cm.
comprising a Bactrian kohl vessel with three projecting ram heads, and a Greek oinochoe handle, the base with inverted palmette flanked by two couchant rams, the rim attachment composed of a lion head flanked by two couchant lions.

Condition

The kohl vessel is generally good, the surface is somewhat worn, also eroded in areas and encrusted; one ram horn is fragmentary. Much the same could be said for the handle; the grip is particularly eroded; what detail remains is very fine.
