The double strand necklace composed of forty-eight cultured pearls measuring approximately 9.00 to 9.50mm, decorated at intervals by eight clusters of rose-cut diamonds, length approximately 385mm, signed and numbered T1740; and pair of matching pendent ear clips, each suspending on a drop-shaped cultured pearl measuring approximately 14.00 x 12.90mm and 14.50 x 13.25mm respectively, signed, clip fittings; the diamonds altogether weighing approximately 3.70 carats, mounted in 18 karat yellow gold and silver-topped gold. Condition
Colour and Clarity: In our opinion, the cultured pearls on necklace are round to naked eyes, of white colour, with rosè overtone, very good lustre with minor surface blemishes which only observed upon close check. Two cultured pearls on pendent earclips are of slightly baroque drop-shape, similar colour and lustre, moderate blemishes. Rose-cut diamonds are about J to slightly tinited colour, VS to SI clarity. Both are signed Gianmaria Buccellati.
Condition: The cultured pearl necklace and the matching pendent ear clips are from the Estate of the late Anita Mui Yim Fong. Silver-topped karat gold mounts, have signs of normal wear, otherwise both in very good condition.
