all signed and variously dated 1928, 31 V 53 and 18 XII 56
- watercolour, gouache and pencil on paper
- 48 by 62cm, 19 by 24 1/2 in.; 33 by 32.5cm, 13 by 12 3/4 in.; 15 by 25cm, 6 by 9 3/4 in.
Condition
Red set design: There are two vertical creases running at 1/3 intervals down the sheet . The edges of the sheet are uneven, there is a loss to the sheet in the lower left corner, and some tears and nicks to the edges elsewhere. There is a layer of surface dirt and the sheet has discoloured. Unframed.
Record cover: The paper is slightly discoloured with a few spots of media staining in places and smudging to the pencil. Unframed but held in a mount.
Don Quichotte: The sheet appears sound. The colours are fairly fresh. Held in a dark painted wooden frame and under glass.
