Condition
Good condition for an object of this type and age. Chips around bottom rim. Some small chips throughout including tip of tusk, one above forehead of one face, one to right side of coiffure of one face, and one on rim of mouthpiece. Small loss to bottom lip of one face. Hairline cracks throughout including numerous cracks at tip. Nicks and scratches throughout. Rubbing and abrasions from handing. Fine varied red-brown patina with dark residue. Interior fitted with wood block for mounting with velvet for fitting.
