Condition
The ceramic of the clock is in fair condition, the oval cabouchons flanking the enamel dial are not perfectly cut and as a result one can see the irregularly cut edges. The lyre of the putto seems to be bent. Chip to enamel No 20, now showing copper backing. The bronze overall with tarnishing and not finely cast. This type of casting is the sign of a high number of production of this model, however the clock is large in scale and overall very impressive. Mechanism in need of professional service. Circular dials not completely alligned and now slightly loose. Some light rubbing to gilding of ceramic parts.
