Condition

Overall very good condition. One carafe with light surface abrasions, otherwise the ceramic exteriors are in very good condition. The caning on the bottle necks appears original and seven show minor rubbing to the surface. The sherry decanter with one small break in the cane and one band showing some looseness. The Bourbon with greater rubbing to the finish of the caning. The Rum with losses and more significant looseness to the caning as seen in the catalogue illustration. Each of the tops with cork insert wrapping the ceramic stopper element. Three carafes with the cork of the stopper currently stuck in the neck of the carafe (Brandy, Scotch, and Gin). Scotch with a loss to the cork insert measuring ½ inch in height extending ½ the diameter. Smaller loss to the cork insert in the Gin carafe measuring ½ inch in height and ¾ inch in length. The three corresponding tops lacking cork element. All of the cork losses are minor and each of the tops still rest in the carafes as designed. This large collection of carafes in very good condition presents buyers with a rare opportunity.
