Condition
Overall excellent original condition. The original upholstery on this piece presents in a vivid and saturate green color with only minor evidence of use. The cushions are well fit and have retained their original shape. The upholstery has been sensitively maintained with no staining nor evidence of fading. The upholstery with some tactility to the touch, and is not a flat fabric. This is part of the design and the fabric has the same directionality as suede. This is visible in the catalogue Illustration. The oak feet with light scratches, nicks, dings and some rubbing to finish. This sofa displays a subtle rounded shape paired with a bold color statement. A very good functional example of Royère’s seating design.
