Overall in very good condition. The pile ranges from ΒΌ to 1/8 inch across the carpet. With some abrasions to two edges of the carpet isolated to the dark burgundy stripes, which are down to the knots measuring 3 inches in depth into the center of the carpet. Two sides with flatweave edges. A very elegant modern design in a small scale work.
