Overall good condition. Showing wear and losses to the enamel. Some minor nicks and scratches to the top surface, more than likely inherent in the making. Minor surface soiling consistent with use and handling. Interior fitted with cork that appears recently replaced. A very rare box motif within the metalwork oeuvre of Vautrin.
