Condition
Overall good condition with some minor localized areas of surface dirt, surface scratches, nicks, dings and edge losses. With losses to the finish and rubbing to the painted elements. The most concentrated areas of rubbing with losses to the paint to the cabinet shown to the left in the catalogue illustration. There are concentrated areas of minor discolorations to the wooden cases consistent with use. The feet with minor losses and chipping to the paint, and areas of minor indentations. These examples are similar in design to works that were executed by Escande for the Cité Universitaire in Paris in the mid-1950s.
