Condition

Overall in very good condition. The patinated copper surfaces appear to retain their original patina, with some occasional light surface scratches, surface soiling, and some minor areas of discoloration consistent with age and use. All of the spear heads are intact and appear undisturbed, with one small loss (1/4) to a tip, and with a few very minute losses to a few of the other tips. All of the silver wire and decorative silver rivets appear intact and undisturbed. The silver surfaces throughout with light surface wear, tarnishing and minor discoloration consistent with age and use. The horn handle is very slightly loose in the setting (but totally stable), with some minor surface soiling and an inherent stable stress fracture. The interior with surface wear and discoloration. With some minor traces of surface oxidation to the interior, and around the top handle mount. The top of the humidor fits very snuggly to the body. A spectacular object with great visual presence.
