painted by Wagner, signed, with a bust-length portrait of a maiden reserved on a lustrous lavender and green ground decorated in raised gilding with sprays of lilies.
Condition
Please note that the porcelain has not been examined beneath the mounts.
The knop is gilt metal and a portion of the center of the cover around the knop and measuring approximately 1 inch in diameter has been broken out and replaced with some losses along the breakline. The break was possibly caused by overtightening of the knop.
Otherwise, the vase is in generally good condition.
