- 35 cm
each vase applied with putti and painted on the front and the reverse with floral sprays, each cover pierced, crossed swords marks in underglaze-blue and various impressed and incised numerals.
Condition
Large cover: half inch restored chip to rim, typical minor losses to flowers of knop. Smaller covers: both have been extensively broken and restored--the restoration is poor and needs to be redone. Extensive chips and losses to flowers.
Vases
Large vase: both foliate handles have chips to foliage tips. Typical small losses to applied flowers 1/4 in. diameter re-stuck chip to edge of foot. Small vases: one cherub on each vase has a restored arm, typical small chips and losses to applied flowers overall.
