Losses to decorative elements and formerly a oil lamp.

Condition

The metal oil container lacks its bottom and must have been transformed at a later date for electicity and lamp fitting. The top portion of the lamp lacks a bronze element which was intended to receive the oil lamp mesh holder and shade holder. One of the three acanthus leaves that surround the inverted baluster shape neck is missing three inches to its top. The collar where the putti sit lacks most of its fruited vine. The body set with architectural elements and lacking decoration to their top, as evidenced by drilled holes. To those architectural elements one finial is a later replacement. Decorative attributes lacking to one of the seated putti of the base.
