Description

  • 171.5 cm; 90 cm; 37.5 cm
surmounted by a brèche violette marble top, the bombé glazed door opening to two glass shelves and the green satin lined interior, lock removed to reveal the stamp from the locksmith Duvivier, the proper right chute signed F. Linke.

Condition

Overall in good condition with the usual minor scratches, dents and nicks to veneers and carcass consistent with age and use. Tarnishing to gilt-bronze in places. The marble with the usual minor chips to edges, scratches to surface consistent with age and use. There is a loss of veneer to the left side just beneath the marble top of approximately one inch long. The left front leg has moved slightly, resulting in a vertical crack to the kingwood veneer on the left side of the cabinet.
