A LOUIS XVI GILT AND PATINATED BRONZE ROTARY CLOCK France, circa 1890's

set on a revolving green veined  marble pedestal. Clock movement lacking.

Overall in good condition. As stated in the cataloguing, the clock movement is lacking. Some chips to the enamel plaques of the clock dial. Tarnishing and wear to gilt bronze patina. One screw missing to the vertical brass banding joining upper and lower part of clock case, also with several new screws. The patinated bronze figures of the three graces with wear to green patina, to upper chest, top of head and feet, consistent with cleaning and touching. Edge of marble with the usual minor chips. The revolving top of the marble pedestal does not sit properly on its base.
