Condition
On cradled panel. There is some scattered hairline horizontal craquelure in the foliage in the upper centre, on the left, and in the lower foreground, with some associated fine lines of retouching visible under ultraviolet light. Otherwise the painting appears in very good condition. Held in a decorative gold painted frame with floral motifs.
