Condition

Overall the condition of the bronze is good. There is dirt and wear to the patina consistent with age. The screw fixing the tail to the base is loose, making the horse slightly loose on its base. The original casting joint at the woman's proper right arm is open and the arm is slightly loose. The original casting joints at the woman's legs at the front are very slightly open. There are a few other slightly visible original casting joints, including at the horses tail, and a few slightly visible original casting plugs. There is minor wear, including small chips and nicks, to the black basalt base.
