There are two pinholes in the upper right and lower right corners. There are traces of dirt to the sky and quay, also seven extremely tiny flecks of paint loss in the central sky and some lifting paint above the building on the horizon. Some areas of minor craquelure in the sky, and sea, lower right and to the quay, lower left.
Ultraviolet reveals a few tiny spots of retouching to frame abrasions, lower left and to a pinhole in the upper left corner.
Held in a plaster gilt frame in fair condition.
