Condition
Original canvas. There is an indentation to the canvas along the left edge in the upper left quadrant and two small protrusions to the canvas, by the figure's chest and by the crook of her arm. There is a tiny spot of craquelure to the figure's dress lower right. The surface is slightly dirty and there are a few tiny white specks of surface matter. The work may benefit from a light clean.
Ultraviolet light reveals pigments which fluoresce and are the hand of the artist.
Held in a simple painted wood slip frame.
