Condition
The canvas is original and in good condition. The paint surface has been cleaned. There is a light surface abrasion in the upper right corner; this is only visible upon close inspection.
Under ultraviolet light, there appear to be a few minor scattered flecks of retouching in the central sky and a further area of retouching of the upper left border. Otherwise original condition.
Held in a plaster gilt frame in fair condition.
