Description

  • tin, paint
Featuring a faux brick foundation fitted with central lighthouse flanked by two sailboats on eccentric axles connected to a grooved wheel to accommodate a belt for attachment to a steam plant.  This wheel can also be turned by hand, which turns the top beacon as it raises the boats up and down, simulating the rise and fall of boats at sea. This toy is finished in a profusion of pleasing colors, including pastel yellow, pink, and blue on the lighthouse, and red and green on the foundation.  The top of the lighthouse lifts off to reveal a candlestick holder which casts its light through six windows and guide ships safely to port.

Dimensions: Height – 15 inches, Foundation – 10 x 8 inches
