In the 1950s, Fleischmann carried on the tinplate toy boat tradition by producing several models, including a series of these ocean liners handsomely finished in white with a blue band. This example is fitted with a white superstructure, housing a bridge, observation platforms, and four lifeboats. Additional features include six ventilators, two masts, and red and white flags at bow and stern. Clockwork mechanism wound through the fore funnel.

Flaking to rudder, aft mast replaced, fore mast support loose but present. Old solder repaired at base of mast.
