Mignot's dioramas ingeneously incorporate the box to create a compellingly handsome display. With early French aviation as its theme, the diorama is fitted with a hangar, monoplanes, crewmen, flowers and trees. Its sides are decorated with scenes of the French countryside. This display was featured in the lobby of the Forbes building since the 1980s.
